    1893 Chicago World’s Fair * METAL & LEATHER PURSE Machinery Hall
    This auction is for a very nice change purse from the 1893 Columbian Exposition in Chicago.  The purse has a hinged lid embossed with a view of Machinery Hall.  The underside of the lid has a celluloid panel for memo notes.  The dimensions are 1 ¾” x 2 ⅝” and the condition is VF with plating wear and wear to the leather but No holes.  Please look at the enlarged scans and ask any questions.  See my other auctions - I will combine multiple purchases to save you postage.
