Antique Porcelain Black/White Staffordshire Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

Up for bid is a pre-owned Staffordshire type Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Porcelain Collectable Dog. It is in Great condition for its age. There is a small chip on the hair of the right ear that is barely noticeable. There is also crazing to the body of the sculpture due to the age.
The spaniel stands 3 inches tall. There are no makers marks showing.
The spaniel was manufactured in Japan. The USA re-established its trading agreement with Japan from 1952 to the 1970's after WWII. In the 1970's the USA established a new trading agreement with China. This will help you to determine the timeline of this piece.
