Description

Antique John Maddock & Sons Royal Vitreous BUTTER DISH SET, in very good pre-owned condition - clean, with no chips, cracks, or repairs.  7 piece set; pretty brown floral design; scalloped rim.  Each BUTTER PAT dish measures 2 7/8" square.  The larger serving dish measures 4 1/2" square.   Pottery mark was in use from 1880-1896, making this set a true "antique".  There is some crazing present on some of the butter pats, along with some "browning", mostly along the edge of the serving dish and the backs of the individual pieces.  In remarkably good condition for its age.  Will ship Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.
