Anvis 9 night vision w/o battery~Wilcox Mount~Hell Star Helmet~Read~Sold As Is

Item is being sold as is. No Tubes~Note the previous owner could not get the night vision to work when installing tubes.
The information listed below is believed to be accurate to the best of my ability. I do not have experience with this item so please review photos before making a decision.
Anvis 9 is untested and does not include the battery pack. Additionally, the Anvis 9 is covered in camouflage paint. See pictures they are part of the description.
jnit designed from the ground up to work inside a cockpit. It is not quite as durable as most NV but it is designed to be very clear (to see instruments and gauges inside an aircraft.)
When looking through the lens/tubes in daylight it is 100% red. No tubes.
Hell Star 5 M-1 and M-2 tested and working.
The M-3 Night Vision IR Strobe setting is untested. I do not have the ability to visually confirm without Night Vision. Additionally the Hell Star 5 has a protective covering over the lights.
