Slip-trail/painted fish by hand, navy blue line art accented with brown - great piece of art!

Purchased directly from the artist at an art fair in Sacramento, Calif.
Great condition - no chips, cracks, crazing, etc. that I can see. Spot of discoloration on underside of platter. See photos.
